Add/Change of Major or Minor Form (Electronic)
Use this form if you are an LSBE student:
- Changing to a different LSBE major.
- Adding or dropping a second LSBE major of the same degree type (e.g., currently pursuing a Professional Sales B.B.A. and adding Marketing B.B.A.).
Candidacy Application Form (Electronic)
Use this form when you have about 35 cumulative credits to inform the LSBE Advising and Academic Services Office of the LSBE major you plan to pursue.
Change of College Form (Electronic)
Use this form if you are switching from LSBE to another college at UMD, such as CAHSS, CEHSP, or SCSE.
Dual Degree Program Application Form (Electronic)
Use this form if you are a:
- LSBE student adding or dropping a second degree type in LSBE (e.g. current Finance B.B A., adding Accounting B.Acc.)
- LSBE student adding or dropping a second degree type in CAHSS, CEHSP or SCSE (e.g. current B.S.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering, adding B.B.A. in Management)
- Student in CAHSS, CEHSP, or SCSE adding or dropping a second degree type in LSBE (e.g. currently pursuing Psychology B.A.Sc., adding Management B.B.A.)
Exception Request - LSBE Degree Requirements or Policies
Use this form to request a change in LSBE major or minor requirements.
LSBE Academic Credit Check (Electronic)
Use this form if you are a current student with 90+ credits earned and in progress to ensure you have a plan to fulfill all remaining graduation requirements.
