Jessica Gardner has over 20 years of experience in the sales industry and higher education. Prior to academia, she was selling pharmaceutical products for a division of Johnson & Johnson. As an instructor at both UW-Stout and UW-Eau Claire, she has taught various marketing courses, including Professional Selling, Advanced Sales, Sales Management & Sales Internship. Jessica brings innovative ideas to the classroom and was awarded the 2020 Sales Educators Academy's "Top Paper" for her topic on adaptive selling. In her previous role as Assistant Director of the Center for Sales and Sales Management at UW-Eau Claire, she was successful at developing corporate partnerships, hosting sales competitions, coaching sales team members, and advising students on career selection. Jessica continues to have a focus on student success beyond the classroom setting, some of this can be seen in her role as faculty advisor for the UMD Sale Club.
