Mary Glenski - Rochester, MN | Mary is a local educator and runs a creative venture in SE Minnesota with a background in economics and marketing. She has been active in the Rochester community for over 10 years and enjoys spending her free time volunteering and creating art.

Karina Gonzalez Carta - Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Has lived in Rochester, MN since 2015 | Karina Gonzalez Carta, is a Cardiologist, currently working in Research for Sports Medicine and serves as Lab Manager of the Orthopedics Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. She also serves as a Member of the Steering Committee of International Assembly of the American College of Cardiology. She enjoys family life with her two sons Enrique and Andres. Kristin Leveque - Rochester, MN | Kristin is a Core Manager working in the Office of Core Shared Services at Mayo Clinic and has a background in biochemistry and cytogenetics. MaryKate O'Brien - Wilbraham, MA | MaryKate is a Division 1 women's hockey player who just graduated magna cum laude with a double major in Business Analytics and Marketing and a minor in Management of Information Systems. She is now pursing her MBA while finishing her last year of NCAA hockey eligibility.

Karina Gonzalez Carta - Rochester, Minnesota | Karina is a Senior Program Coordinator and Manager of the Artificial Intelligence Lab, for Ortho-Sports Medicine at Mayo Clinic. She is a Cardiologist from Venezuela and is a Member of the American College of Cardiology International Governors Steering Committee, SJL Women's Leadership Group and Chair of Cardiac Rehab and Sports Cardiology of the Interamerican Society of Cardiology. Shawnadee Anderson - Austin, MN | Shawna is a Supervisor of Support Services at Hormel Foods in the finance department where she oversees a team of nine deduction resolution specialists who handle records for the company's foodservice customers and has an associate degree in Supervisory/Management as well as a bachelors degree in business administration. Shawna enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her husband, four children, and a grandchild, along with many extended family members traveling, watching movies, or playing cards and board games.

Claudia Blees - Fairmont, MN| Claudia is a graphic designer working for UMD Housing and Residence Life and has a background in marketing and graphic design. She enjoys creating art, drinking coffee, and spending time outdoors.

Deja Caswell-Moriarty - Hudson, WI | Deja is an accountant working at Oliver Companies in Canal Park while earning her MBA and plans to sit for the CPA exam following her graduation. Deja has a passion for leading and supporting people to reach their fullest potential. Duane Morrow - Latrobe, PA | Duane is a Sr. Project Manager working at Mayo Clinic in the Research Planning & Strategy Unit and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. His dissertation research analyzed the tissue-fluid mechanics of skeletal muscle which he now uses primarily to improve the quality of the smoked meats he likes to prepare for his friends and family.

Michael Cook - Rochester, MN | Michael is a registered professional engineer and is the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator for Olmsted County's Environmental Resources Department and has a background in solid waste management, design, construction, permitting and planning. When he is not working, he is busying spending time with this children and family.

Anita Mohan - London, England | Anita Mohan is currently a resident physician in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery at Mayo Clinic, previous surgical training in UK and South Africa and obtained her PhD in microsurgical reconstruction. She is interested in innovations and technology and its application in healthcare and surgery. In her spare time she loves to travel the world, hike, photography, scuba-diving, running and tennis.

Uttio Roy Chowdhury | Uttio is a research scientist in the Department of Ophthalmology at Mayo Clinic. He primarily works on understanding the pathology of debilitating eye diseases like glaucoma. Avudaiappan Chokkalingam - Rochester, MN | Avudaiappan has been recognized widely in his work due to the Labovitz MBA program and is in line for a promotion. He works in Clinical Research and leads the Spine Clinical research division at Mayo Clinic. He is humbled that he has been presented with the Maki fellowship for the second time.

Quinn Proffer - Rochester, MN | Quinn helps academic medical centers implement new software to improve their operations and patient experience. Outside of work, he never misses an opportunity to get out on the water during the Minnesota summers!

Jeff Anderson – Rochester, MN | Jeff Anderson, PhD, is currently managing the Office of Translantion to Practice at Mayo Clinic, which is tasked with developing innovative products for patients. Other accomplishments include being a registered patent agent and a former American Diabetes Association postdoctoral fellow.

Amy Hoerle - Byron, MN | Amy is a mother of three who has spent the past 20 years working in various technical roles. She has volunteered in many capacities in her local community and now serves as executive vice-president of COMMON, A Users Group.

Olivia Huston – Rochester, MN | Olivia is a current MBA student who is interested in the business aspect of Medicine. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dogs and horses.
