She worked in the Chemistry Department for 9 years prior to joining the department. She enjoys the outdoors and participates in biking, hiking and running. Kara lives in Proctor with 2 of her 4 children, Reece and Riah. Her older two children, Hannah and Derek reside in Arizona.
