Additional experiential opportunities exist through the Startup Cup, internships and the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP). These programs provide students with hands-on, real-world experiences from which to learn.
A specialized business center exists as learning ventures for students as well as community business resources. The Bureau for Business and Economic Research, housed in LSBE, provides unbiased economic research and analysis for government agencies, as well as new or existing businesses. Here, students assist with economic data research and studies for actual clients.
