Majors & Minors
The marketing department is home to some of the most innovative and industry-relevant majors and minors on campus. The Marketing major is one of the largest at UMD and it has an excellent job placement rate. The Consumer Insights & Analytics (formerly Marketing Analytics) major and Marketing & Graphic Design major are both selective (only 20 students per year are admitted into each of these majors). Each has strong industry support and involvement. A Professional Sales major is now available and brand new for fall 2019.
