HCM B.B.A.

The HCM Major features:

  • A total of 24 credits, with courses featuring an overview of the health care system and its management, legal, and ethical issues, along with quality improvement techniques, and health care economics
  • A required internship of 200 hours working in the health care industry
  • A broad range of offerings from which to choose 9 elective credits 
  • An optional population health studies course cluster to complement your major

HCM Minor

The HCM Minor features:

  • Options for both business and non-business majors (credits vary, see catalog) with courses featuring an overview of the health care system and its management, legal, and ethical issues, and health care economics
  • Elective credits from a broad range of offerings
  • The option to do an internship or add a course cluster in population health studies
